Try your first game
Choose + → Example games → Bolt Patrol, then tap Download. Open it from your library. The left stick moves, the right stick aims, R fires and A dashes. Demos are optional downloads; no games are bundled with Charlie.

Import a game
Use + → Files for an HTML file or a ZIP with index.html and its assets. Use + → URL to download a compatible HTTPS game page or ZIP. Each file can be up to 20 MB, with a total limit of 64 MB per game.
Games need to integrate Charlie’s controls. URL imports save referenced files, but games that depend on a live server or assets that cannot be downloaded may not work offline. A ZIP containing all the game’s assets is the most predictable way to import it. Developers can follow the integration guide.
Connect a controller
Pair a compatible Bluetooth controller in your device settings, or connect one by USB. Charlie uses controllers recognized by iOS or Android. Touch controls hide when an external controller is active. If it disconnects, Charlie pauses; release held controls before resuming.
Touch settings are under the cog in the library. You can adjust the directional pad, haptics, stick size, dead zone and landscape opacity.
Games and saves
Games and supported saved progress stay on this device. Long-press a game in the library to remove it. Removing a game also removes its progress. Charlie does not sync saves between devices.
